Business & Mindfulness Coaching
for Creative & Cultural Professionals
ArtsSU Advocate for Student Voice Award 2026; recently nominated for a formal European Commission advisory role; Co-Chair of the Health, Safety & Well-being committee subgroup at UAL: LCC. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience across the creative industries, higher education and cultural leadership, I support individuals navigating professional change, academic challenges and personal development. My coaching approach combines reflective practice, creativity, wellbeing, and strategic thinking, helping people build confidence, clarify direction, and develop the resilience needed to thrive in complex, rapidly evolving environments.
Whether supporting students, emerging professionals, creative practitioners, or leaders in transition, I create compassionate, empowering spaces where individuals can reconnect with their values, recognise their strengths, and identify meaningful pathways forward.
My former collaborations with Shades of Noir Academic Association; the UAL Centre for Antiracism and Social Justice Practice; and my training in unconscious bias, decolonisation of the stereotyped while canon of education, neuroinclusivity, DEI plan and social justice, non-violent conversations, and de-escalation conflict techniques have provided me with the set of skills for tackling sensitive topics, while grounding my practice in strong ethical awareness.

Coaching Practice
My coaching practice is informed by training with TheOCM (formerly the Oxford Coaching and Mentoring), and the innovative Professional & Personal Development programme I designed and led within the MA Arts & Cultural Enterprise at the University of the Arts London. Developed for international student cohorts across the UK and Hong Kong, this pioneering initiative integrates coaching methodologies, reflective practice, wellbeing, and career development to help individuals navigate personal and professional transformation. I'm an associate member of the Coaching Association.

Vision
I believe meaningful success begins with understanding who we are, what we value, and how we want to contribute to the world. My role as a coach is not to provide answers, but to help individuals discover their own, unlocking the confidence, creativity and resilience needed to thrive both professionally and personally.
