"SIAMO TUTTI INTERNAUTI" Digital Ethics & Citizenship Initiative
MIUR (Italian Council of Research, Education, and Culture)
Project Lead and Designer
Following the rapid expansion of digital learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, I conceived and delivered Siamo Tutti Internauti ("We Are All Internet Users"), an educational initiative that promotes digital citizenship, online safety, and responsible technology use among primary school children, teachers, and families.
Designed and led a whole-school digital citizenship programme.
Developed in collaboration with the I.C.C.S. Aldo Moro school network in Lombardy, the project combined staff development, pupil engagement and parental involvement to foster a culture of informed and ethical digital participation.
Delivered professional development and peer-learning activities for teaching staff, children, and their parents across several Institutes and to hundreds of people. Facilitated collaboration between pupils, families and educators.
I developed and delivered an innovative digital citizenship programme that addressed online safety, cyberbullying prevention, digital well-being, and ethical use of technology within primary school communities.
Supported the integration of digital ethics and online safety within the school's educational framework. Contributed to the development of the school's E-policy and safeguarding approach.
By engaging educators, families, and young learners in a collaborative framework, the initiative contributed to the permanent embedding of digital ethics within educational practice and to fostering more responsible participation in digital environments.
Promoted awareness of cyberbullying, empathy, responsibility and digital well-being.
Social Impact

Tina Turner & the Beyond Foundation in Zurich (CH)
Collaboration supporting initiatives that promote inclusion, equality, diversity and peace through music and cultural engagement.
Beyond Foundation: Music, Dialogue and Human Connection
Through my engagement with the Beyond Foundation and conversations with Tina Turner regarding the Awakening Beyond project, I explored the role of music as a vehicle for intercultural understanding, healing, and peace-building. Bringing together artists and traditions from multiple cultural backgrounds, the initiative promoted dialogue, compassion and mutual recognition through the universal language of music, demonstrating the potential of creative practice to transcend social and cultural boundaries.
Tina Turner and Beyond Foundation's work intersects with themes that have become central to my current research agenda within my MUSICOLOGY project:
-
music as a universal language;
-
intercultural dialogue;
-
inclusion and belonging;
-
music, healing and wellbeing;
-
education for social change;
-
the ability of culture to transcend boundaries and foster peace.

International Cultural & Educational Leadership
Bridging higher education, cultural enterprise and creative practice across the UK, Italy and Hong Kong through curriculum innovation, knowledge exchange and cross-cultural collaboration.
UK | Italy | Hong Kong
At the University of the Arts London, I lead the pioneering Professional & Personal Development unit for the MA Arts & Cultural Enterprise (Central Saint Martin's College of Arts & Design), developing a hybrid learning model and bespoke professional development workbook designed to support wellbeing, identity formation, career transition and lifelong learning. By integrating reflective practice, coaching, employability, leadership and resilience into creative education, I help cultivate the next generation of culturally aware and socially responsible professionals.
Underlying my work is a commitment to creativity for the common good. Whether advising institutions, developing DEI initiatives, supporting curriculum transformation, or creating opportunities for intercultural dialogue and audience engagement, I use creativity as a vehicle for inclusion, empowerment and positive social change.
Across the UK, Italy and Hong Kong, I have led curricula, developed international learning initiatives and fostered cross-sector partnerships that connect universities, cultural institutions and the creative industries. My expertise spans branding, audience development, marketing strategy, cultural engagement and professional practice, enabling students and organisations to translate creativity into meaningful cultural, educational and economic value. As an FRSA, ADCE member, and internationally recognised creative industries leader, educator, and cultural strategist, I work at the intersection of higher education, cultural enterprise, branding, communications, and social impact. Drawing on over 25 years of professional experience, advanced study in Arts and Cultural Enterprise, Marketing and Communications, and specialist training through institutions such as Sotheby's Institute of Art, I bridge academic knowledge and industry practice to help individuals and organisations thrive in a rapidly evolving cultural landscape.

Using creativity, culture and education to improve the human condition.
Social Impact, Inclusion & Wellbeing
A strong commitment to social justice, inclusion and human wellbeing underpins all aspects of my work. Alongside my academic leadership and cultural practice, I actively contribute to institutional and sector-wide initiatives that promote equity, belonging and positive change. As Co-Chair of a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Committee subgroup at the University of the Arts London, I support initiatives that foster healthier, more inclusive and supportive learning and working environments. This commitment is further reflected in my work as a student advocate, recognised through the UAL ArtSU Student Voice Advocate Award, and in my contributions to curriculum transformation, decolonising education, digital ethics, and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. Through research, education and cultural engagement, I seek to create meaningful opportunities for individuals and communities to flourish.
Musicology: From Research to Cultural Experience
Musicology has been my long-term interdisciplinary research and cultural engagement project exploring the profound relationship between music, culture, identity, and human flourishing since 2019. Situated at the intersection of scholarship, creative practice and social impact, the project investigates how music shapes individual lives, collective memory and cultural belonging, while contributing to wellbeing, empathy and social connection.
Building on research, international dialogue and creative collaboration, the project is evolving towards a wider public-facing vision. Future developments include exhibitions, cultural programming, educational resources and participatory experiences designed to bring academic research into conversation with diverse audiences. Through this work, I aim to demonstrate how music can act not only as an artistic practice but also as a powerful tool for understanding ourselves, one another, and the societies we inhabit.
Art, Technology & Child Wellbeing
As part of my MA in Design Studies, I developed an interdisciplinary research project that combines art therapy, global symbolism, and digital technologies to explore new approaches to supporting children affected by trauma and abuse. The project involved collaboration and knowledge exchange with MIT, the London Institute, Wacom Technology and leading art therapist Cathy Malchiodi, demonstrating the potential of creative and technological innovation to contribute to safeguarding, wellbeing and social care.
