A cultural architect of human flourishing.
With a 25-year career in the international creative economy and nearly a decade of academic leadership at UAL, my practice integrates creative leadership, cultural strategy, digital ethics, fashion and luxury management, and social innovation. I specialised in the Pedagogy of Social Justice and Ethical Designs, working at the intersection of creativity, culture, and human development. Over the past decades, I have built a career spanning creative direction, cultural strategy, higher education, and social innovation, collaborating with international organisations, institutions, and cultural leaders including Giorgio Armani, Tina Turner, Shades of Noir, Prada Foundation, Marangoni Institute, Artribune, Flash Art, Publicis, Theaster Gates, MASI Lugano, LiveNation, Universal, Warner, Sony, Zurich Insurance, MIUR, Guerlain, Academia Architettura Mendrisio, MUDEC, V&A, Design Museum. Alongside nearly a decade of academic leadership at the University of the Arts London and previously at Marangoni Institute, I have developed DEI initiatives, digital ethics frameworks, and educational programmes in Visual Communication, Design Management, Fashion Business, Arts and Creative Industries Management, as well as research projects exploring music, wellbeing, and collective flourishing. Recipient of UAL's 2026 ArtSU Students' Voice Advocate Award, I am committed to turning creativity into action, using culture, education, and research to create more inclusive, connected, and resilient futures.

Cultural Transformation
I help brands, institutions, universities, museums and cultural organisations understand who they are, why they matter and how they can create meaningful impact.
Drawing on experience across luxury, fashion, publishing, music and the arts, I connect branding, communication, audience development and cultural strategy to build narratives that resonate with people, not just consumers.
This is where Armani, Guerlain, Flash Art, Prada Foundation, V&A, publishing, branding, communications and creative direction live.

Human-Centred Education
Education has the power to shape society.
As Senior Lecturer and Year Leader at the University of the Arts London, I design learning experiences that go beyond employability, helping students develop confidence, resilience, cultural awareness and a sense of purpose.
My work combines social justice, student advocacy, wellbeing, inclusive pedagogy and international education to prepare creative professionals not only for successful careers, but for meaningful lives.

Research. Wellbeing.
Musicology is my interdisciplinary research and cultural engagement platform that explores the relationship between music, culture, wellbeing, and social change. Inspired by the belief that creativity can serve the common good, this work investigates how music can foster belonging, resilience, empathy and collective flourishing. Beyond traditional research outputs, Musicology is evolving into a wider cultural initiative encompassing public engagement, dialogue, exhibitions, educational programmes and collaborative projects.

Business & Mindfulness
I help organisations and people turn creativity into meaningful change. Across all three areas, I also offer:
Executive and professional coaching
Career transition support
Creative leadership coaching
Mindfulness and reflective practice
Conference keynotes
Panel discussions
Public lectures
Workshops and masterclasses
Research collaborations
Advisory roles
